      <title>Phone &amp; plan upgrade keeping same Sky number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi been with Sky mobile a few years &amp;amp; have 2 data contracts. One has just renewed so I upgraded my phone &amp;amp; new data package to keep my number. &amp;nbsp;Received my phone, &amp;nbsp;the website told me to put my sim out of my old phone into my new one &amp;amp; the new data plan will transfer to the new mobile on my existing number. This hasn't happened &amp;amp; my old data plan is still in play &amp;amp; I keep getting new messages telling me to activate my sim?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you upgraded the data package then it should start straight away but if you changed it to a smaller one then this will start after your next bill:&lt;/P&gt;
