I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max on the 20th October it is backorder when will I receive it.

@Luke282021 Unfortunately this happens every time Apple bring out a new major product. They cannot keep up with demand and the problem has been increased this year by other issues such as a shortage of HGV drivers. We are fellow customers so have no clue as to stock levels or anticipated delivery dates. All you can do is keep checking your order tracking https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

Hi @Luke282021 unfortunately there have been a lot of delays with that model of iPhone. We as customers can't offer any advice as to when sky will get new stock. Keep an eye on your order status for any updates.

Apple are the ones not able to provide the devices required for all the customers who placed orders, this affects all providers. As customers we have no way of knowing when deliveries will take place.

I got a email from sky saying "your order will soon be on it way" about to leave warehouse they give me dpd tracking number which isn't working & on sky website when I go to tracking it said contact them what do I do.

It may take a little while for the DPD tracking to update @Luke282021 so I would wait a little while.
