Have a BB and TV account, email successfully linked. Its a primary account. Trying to link this account to mobile account. Get to the part where it asks to put surname, post code and last 6 digits of the bank account. After doing this it says account is already linked.

It is not linked to my mobile. I tried on the webiste using 3 different browsers and also the mysky App. Logged out of the app and back in, deleted the app and downloaded again. Still getting the same issue.

How long have you been a Sky Mobile customer and have you received a phone or tablet if you have one on your account or have you only just placed an order ?

Been a mobile customer since 2017
