Mini boxes stop working, then a few hours later are fine again

This has happened a few times now, hence the post. The mini boxes are all disconnected when I switch them on despite working perfectly the previous time they were used, my Sky Q box is fine and shows its connected to the Network in "settings". No rebooting the mini boxes or the Sky Q box changes anything, reconnecting to Sky Q box or Network doesn't do anything. Then, a few hours later, the mini boxes are all working fine again?!?! No changes to any settings, nothing, they just all work again?!?!?

Anyone else seeing this happen?

Hi, as luck would have it the mini boxes are all down again!!!! Hours after the chat closed 😞

Can we re open the chat please?

Same situation, the main Sky Q box is working but none of the mini boxes are, they all say "there is a problem joining your network" and then want to go through the three questions........

So, rebooting the BT hub and then resetting the network on the Sky Q main box, selecting "wired connection" has got the boxes working again......................

So here we are again!!!

All mini boxes not connecting AGAIN.

Tried rebooting the router, the Sky Q box, and thenI have reset the Network and selected a wired connection which got the mini box to connect but then the connection drops after 20-30 seconds. Done this three times, mini box reconnects and then drops after 20-30 seconds 😞

Good job the football is on BT tonight and I don't need these infuriating mini boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Google Chromecast it is for me!!!!

Football finished, still no Sky mini boxes.

Tried everything over and over, defying Einsteins theory of madness 😞 😞

Box connects then drops, so BL**DY frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
