Sky a mini box reset

Hi, I have reset my sky box and the welcome screen has come up. I then press the home button and it asks me to then hold down the refresh button until it flashes. This is step 2. The refresh button is already flashing and when I hold it nothing happens. I am stuck on step 2. I have tried turning everything off but nothing working. Can anybody help please?

@Mordente when you say refresh button do you mean the WPS button.

If you mean the WPS button then you need to go to the nearest piece of Sky Q equipment (IE the main box another mini box or if Sky is your Broadband provider the router) and press the WPS button on one of them
