Sky Q mini box jumping back when fast forwarding

When we watch a recorded programme on our Sky Q mini box and try to fast forward through the adverts the recording skips back around 10mins or more. Seems to be happening on recordings from various channels.

This has also happened when we pause a live programme and then restart by trying to fast forward through the ad break. The programme again skips backwards.

Please can you provide some guidance, help, ideas?

@cooper69 I would try a reboot of your Mini, power down for 30 seconds then power back up.

Mine is doing exactly the same and I've switched the Q box off and restarted it and it's not made any difference. It's getting really annoying. Any ideas?
