Boxing Box office issue

Hi I have just paid £19.99 for the Khan and Kell fight on tonight. I was planning to watch it on Sky go as I am away from home but in the UK. On my sky go message appears saying you need to watch it through the tele. If I knew that I would of just not paid £19.99!! Frustrating.

Hopefully I will get a refund.

You can only watch Box Office content on the device that you book it on.

Hiya mate I booked it from my laptop. I put my Sky ID in. I think I was purchasing it to view on my laptop but I think it maybe booked to watch it through tele. So frustrating as it was not very clear.

I purchased on my phone twice won't let me sign in to box office app saying details are incorrect 😡

I created a sky box office I’d last night to watch the fight that I paid for then I couldn’t log in on any platform very frustrating as I paid 19.95
