    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the new skyQ Bix several months ago with no issues. However last night when I went to turn the TV on I had a message stating my viewing card was no longer active and if I have ordered a new one to put it in when I receive it. I did not request a new card nor did I get any notification from sky stating that a new one is being issues. Igollowed the steps through settings into the viewing card number but after clicking set up (the only option there) it tells me that the card is paired and to request a callback but still the error code is still there. Any idea?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3430882"&gt;@Forgodsake2021&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might just be a glitch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would first suggest a power down restart&amp;nbsp; of your main SKY Q box :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Use the remote to place it into standby mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Wait at least 30s&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then re-apply the power &amp;amp; wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work then press the Request Call back message (it is a button) that you mention - it isn't a call back as such just a refresh of the card - which may take a while even if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Needed to switch the sky box off as it was stuck on record to a finished program. When I switch the box on a message came on asking to insert sky card, the card was already in box. I removed card cleaned the surface re-insert card but same message from sky asking to insert card&lt;/P&gt;</description>
