Sky Q mini box has stopped connecting to Sky Q box

So for 3 days I've been trying to re-connect my sky w mini box. I've literally tried everything it suggests but I keep coming back to ERROR:MR004. I've searched that error and nothing comes up. Can someone help?? Please??

MR004 is a connectivity error @KirsteeP

It simply cannot connect.

Assume that you are trying it connect it by carrying out a Network Reset found in the mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WPS to main Q box.

If you are on Sky Broadband and the router is nearer to the mini than the main Q box then you can connect by WPS to the router.

@oldfella yes, I have tried all that. This is a mini box that, up until 3 days ago, has previously connected with no issues. Nothing has changed with regards to location. We have also tried rebooting the router, and rebooting both the main box and the mini box. The mini box is showing connected to the internet, just not to the Sky Q box.
