Hello. I got sky Q installed today. Now I can’t get freeview signal in bedroom tv’s.

both aerial cables have Been connected together by the engineer but still no freeview in the bedroom tv's. Am I missing something??? Help

It will be something to do with the fact SkyQ doesn't have an RF out, usually if they've connected them together( sorry just re read your post) it should be okay?

Check if there is another RF lead that might need to be connected to the feed from the aerial instead of the one currently joined

Your previous Sky receiver was able to supply 9v on it's RF2 output, if you were previously using this voltage to power an active signal splitter in order to distribute RF signals to your bedroom televisions then you would need to purchase a suitable power inserter to continue to power this 'active' distribution device.

If this proves to be what has happened, then a typical suitable replacement would be the Antiference P1200 12V Masthead Power Supply Unit, which is readily available online.
