      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - can soeone escalate this for me so I can get tech support? Ive checked the discussion board and can't find an answer, and not yet found how to get live chat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We upgraded to Sky Q and signature about 6 weeks ago and have not been able to access boxsets (even when aftert changing default download to SD).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The card that was posted out hadnt arrived by installation day so the engineer used one from the van. Maybe it hasn't been set up correctly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone advise please? Its already been 6 weeks. Not impressed with Sky Q so far!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once the blue chat bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/902394"&gt;@foodieloo&lt;/a&gt;Unfortunately Sky has blocked telephone numbers so I can't post it, the contact us link at the bottom is useless however if you have the "My Sky" app then it is in the app under Sky VIP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I have escalated this to Sky again and hopefully they will come back to you, Private message or email, and be able to sort something out for you. Look for a blue blob bottom right of your screen.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PLEASE NOTE&lt;/STRONG&gt; once you get the blob the chat is not real time and once you type in there could be quite a wait until there is a response, you don't have to hold the chat open just come back later to see any replies.&lt;BR /&gt;It seems that sometimes the "blob" does not show with Safari.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using Safari with OSX, please make sure that Hide IP Address (under Privacy) is not checked in order to see the blue bubble.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
