Sky Q not working plus red and orange flashing light

Hi,

We went to turn on our Sky and it wouldn't come on! Tried unplugging it, resetting it but to no avail. Now we just have an alternating flashing light - red and orange. Any ideas what to do?

@19robbo66 how did you resolve the problem as telling us may help someone else
