Hi, has anybody had any trouble with a very loud and noisy sky Q box can hardly hear the telly above the noise?

Try a power cycle if it's the fan that's permanently on full. Otherwise, you'll have to call Sky for a replacement.

@kaycee @Stuartkv12345 The thing to do is to call Sky to book an engineer appointment. Chances are that the box will be replaced. So take note of what's set to record and what's downloaded/recorded so you can download as much as you can and setup your recordings.

Don't forget to watch what you have on the box that you cannot download that you don't want to lose unwatched. That may mean some binge sessions.

I rang Sky the next day and the next week they came and replaced the box working perfect
