Sky not allowing me to record programme

So, as well as ITV not showing programmes on the TV guide, I am unable to record Trigger Point.

I am also unable to access All 4.

All the money that I spend on Sky, this is really unacceptable!

@Taniad14 Are you able to record Trigger Point (and any other ITV progs) on ITV+1 (203) or ITV SD (803) until this is resolved?

I am, but that's not the point. I wanted to start watching it at 9.10, not have to wait another hour for it. It's getting ridiculous now. No ITV hub access , no All 4 access. ITV blank on TV guide.

@Taniad14 Have you rebooted your box to see if that remedies the problem? Press Standby on your Sky Q remote and then switch off or unplug at the mains. Wait at least 30 secs and then switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains. Follow the on-screen prompts until they disappear. Wait until the blue Q light stops illuminating before you press Home on your Sky Q remote which should change the light to green and home screen should appear. Some functions will take a good few minutes to reappear.

Yes I have. Been having to do this weekly but it just goes back to how it was. It isn't just me that are having these difficulties either.

Can't even record it via the app.

I have escalated your post to Sky who may get in touch with you tomorrow.

Look out for an email and also a blue speech bubble on the bottom of this forum page. Once the blue chat bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity. I suggest that you make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts.
