      <title>Discovery plus not on sky box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have activated my discovery plus account with my sky account however when I scroll down to apps the discovery plus app isn't there? I have tried to refresh apps and that still hasn't worked and I have tried to unplug and re connect the box and still not joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been experiencing the same issue since the other day. Strangely enough, the discovery + app is only missing from 1 of my multi screen boxes? Very annoying!?!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phoned Sky today and finally got a resolution! Apparently when they installed my box it was on the old software version! You need to go to settings and find where it says what software version you are on, if it is any less than Q108 then Discovery Plus won't be installed!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
