Sky Sports UHD not working

Hi. On the past two occasions I have tried to watch the football in UHD, it has just came up with a blue blank screen and no audio. The first occasion was Man United vs Wolves, tonight it's Arsenal vs Liverpool. I pay for Sky Sports HD and Sky UHD, I logged onto my account to ensure it is still there, which it is. Can anyone explain why I keep getting the blank blue screen? My picture resolution is set to 2160p 10-bit also.

@SHN22 using the voice button, say "uhd hdr" then scroll down to live sport in ultra HD and you can click on tonight's game in UHD there.

Thanks for your reply. I have just tried that and it still comes up with the blank blue screen.

Hmm, then I'm not too sure what the issue is, I guess you have already rebooted your box. Maybe a call to sky.

Mine is fine in UHD so its not a wider issue

Have you tried changing it to 8 Bit
