      <title>Sky Q box won’t get past Thord blue screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had to restart my Sky Q box. When it starts up though I go through the blue screens which first say the box will be ready in a few minutes, then the one which says when the screen goes blank to press the home button. &amp;nbsp;However when it gets to this screen it stays there for around 5 minutes before going blank. At this point though it starts whe whole process again, going back to the initial blue start up screen. Pressing the home button on any of the screens makes no difference. New batteries in the remote and the lights on the remote itself are working so no issues there. Any help very appreciated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
