      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &amp;nbsp;I was wondering if anyone can help me ? I cannot watch On Demand or Sky Cinema . I get a message 'because of technical issue your download cannot be completed' . I also cannot access recordings. I have rebooted both my router and Sky Q box . Updated viewing card. The only way that I can watch is reset the hard drive &amp;nbsp;losing my recordings ,but next time I switch on the message is back. Thanks x&lt;/P&gt;</description>
