I cannot watch On Demand or Sky Cinema . I get a message 'because of technical issue your download cannot be completed' . I also cannot access recordings. I have rebooted both my router and Sky Q box . Updated viewing card. The only way that I can watch is reset the hard drive &nbsp;losing my recordings ,but next time I switch on the message is back.
