I have been trying for days to buy an extra sky q mini box and can't find anywahere on the web site to purchase equipment can someone help Thanks

On the back of my comment you can call sky or order via your sky Q box

On your Sky Q TV Main box Home -> My sky-> browse shop -> Sky Q Mini boxes.

@Helen+H68 Just to add, you can't buy Q boxes as they are only loaned, for a fee, and always belong to Sky.

Hi thanks I have tried HOME>MY SKY>BROWSE SHOP > but the there is no SKY BOXES option

I have just looked on my Sky Q box under browse shop and extra Sky Q Mini boxes are highlighted with a orange Offer.

Do you already have the maximum of 4 or is this your first one?

I too can not find Sky Q Mini Boxes from following the above on my Sky Q.

I can see MULTISCREEN, but i don't think i need that, I just want to be abke to watch the same channel as the main sky box on another TV screen, not to have two seperate channels at the same time.

Am i right in thinking that is available ?

Basicly building a cinema room, to watch movies F1 etc, and when thats in use will not be using the main living room Sky Q.

Any info gracefully received

@Chrisford136 you do need a multiscreen sub to have a mini box. If you can't find it online then just give Sky a call

When calling say 'technical' and ignore all the automated prompts to check message etc. and just stay on the line

No - even if you always watched the same channel as the main then you still need a multiscreen subscription.

If you want to send the picture elsewhere then an HDMI distribution system (over ethernet for example) would be an option - but ensure the specs meet the Sky output, especially if looking at UHD. (2160p50)
