    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, yes gone through that support. Only thing that resolves it is to keep unplugging and plug back in numerous times until I get lucky and it works. The box is only about 4 weeks out of the box brand new, old box was swapped over due to the connectivity issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky q main box was freezing whilst on forcing me to unplug and plug back in. Now I've plugged it back in this evening it won't even come on. One on screen message said a system update step 2 of 2 which could take 15mins, 2hours later the message is still on screen. I've unplugged and plugged back in again, blank screen with Q light flashing blue and red light on power button. After the main box disconnecting to my internet for about 3 months now I'm losing the will with this sky q set up. Paying money for no service at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happened to me about 10 days ago. I had to have the box replaced, losing hours of unwatched stuff. The engineer said this is a common problem following a recent software upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My new box now locks up on a daily basis so I have to do the unplug, wait, plug in again routine. Can’t be bothered to complain to Sky at the moment as I am sure they are now so fixated on Sky Glass that they have introduced inbuilt faults to make people move to Glass, and probably make them more money off us suckers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now there’s a conspiracy theory for you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Makes you wonder doesn't it. Had sky q for 4 years in my house, no problems until this year, firstly main box kept disconnecting from virgin fibre router causing all minis to disconnect which is such a pain. Sky changed the main box, nothing changed, kept disconnecting and now I have this other problem. Had virgin in 3 times to confirm it's not them regs drop outs, presumed it wasn't as no other devices drop out other than sky. Unfortunately not in an area to get sky fast broadband, although not so sure I'd switch anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
