    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, did anyone ever sort this? I have ring help over a month ago and got told it was a&amp;nbsp; errror and wait, yet still getting the same. We can't process your request message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not happy, been a Q customer since August and not be able to use this yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky's customer service is horrific, might as well go back to IPTV once the year is up&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a sky q box but I don't have the remote you can talk into. I'm following the online guide and the video and it tells me to go to 'apps' and 'get more from sky' and select ' discovery +' but there is no option for discovery + in this section. If I go to sky.com/discoveryplusactivate it just says sorry we can not process this request at this time please check the status of your account. I want to benefit from this offer but I don't understand why the option isn't where the guides say it is and why the website won't let me do anything either. Can any one help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope never got fixed. Was told the same thing. I've had the impression that no one knows what is going on with this offer. Was even told to go directly through the discovery plus site to create the account which then asked me to pay for the service. To be honest I've given up trying to get this sorted due to no one knowing how to fix the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
