No Satellite signal

Ive tonight experienced an issue with no satellite signal. I cannot get amy channels and its been fine all day. What a time for it to go on xmas eve!!!

I've tried all online fixes, checked for blockages in front of sky dish, turned box off and back on again and chexked all cables!!! Still no luck. Also sky are on holiday so i cannot speak with anyone.

Hopefully someone can help me.

Unscrew the cables, swap them over and screw them back in (Hand tight)

What are the Signal Strength/Qualities in the Sky Box settings?

Hi,

Just so you know i have sky Q

Swapped cables around and still no difference.

Satellite signal strength is 0

Signal quality is 0

Ive never had any problems like this and then all of a sudden it just came up

@Amber1986 You would need to call Sky when they are open again to book an engineer.
