&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The first thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Use the remote to place it into standby mode&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Wait at least 30s&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then re-apply the power &amp;amp; wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on each of your mini boxes if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was watching a TV series and all of a sudden now I can't watch anymore because it's telling me I need to upgrade my prescription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the full package so I know I don't need to upgrade anything how can I get this to work on my Sky Q Mini&lt;/P&gt;</description>
