Had text to say they are sending me a prepaid box to return my Sky Q box but I am now staying with sky for a further 18 months they have not been contacted to say I am staying.

@Liliwen It's likely a crossover if you've resigned for another 18 months. You post may get picked up for escalation. If so another post will be added here.

This will mean you won't need to call Sky to sort out.

If you have an email confirmation of your new contract and it's showing in your account then you should ignore the request to return anything for now. I'd be surprised if any packaging actually arrives, but if it does it's unlikely Sky will chase as your account will not trigger any requirement for, or expectation of, any boxes to be returned.
