Have you checked the batteries in your remote? Have you also tried unpugging the mini for 30 seconds then plug back in.

Remote works on TV, tried power down for 30sec's just red light!

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
