      <title>Sky q mini box issue</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Archive/Sky-q-mini-box-issue/m-p/3868743#M781564</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;This week our sky q mini box has started sticking meaning that the picture can freeze for just a second and sometimes it will replay the last second or two. This happens on all channels. Yesterday I had a lengthy call with a sky support engineer who took me through various things including uploading software on my main box. He was then going to talk me through what to do next with the mini box. The call cut off a few times and he rang me back however when the software uploaded and he was just about to tell me what to do next his call cut off. He did not call me back. My mini box is still doing the same thing. I've restarted and reset and synched the main box with the booster box in the hall and the mini q box with the booster and still it is having this issue. The sticking is intermittent and there can be a while of no sticking and then a few happen. It's very frustrating and is effecting our viewing. We've had our latest boxes for we estimate a min of 4 years with no issues. Recently though a few weeks back now we had sticking in the main box and the mini box and had an engineer visit us. We were told to cut a tree which we did and it resolved the issue. What do we do now? Do we need a new mini box or an engineer visit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
