      <title>Recordings and Downloads not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q mini box is connected perfectly fine to my main box. But the Recordings page won't load to show all of my downloads and then when it does after resetting the box about 5 times the downloads then wont play. Everything else is fine can watch apps through it and the tv guide is working. But why won't the recordings or downloads work? We also have reset the hardware before, lost all of our recordings some we couldn't download back or re-record because it didn't fix anything. So can someone that works at sky fix this because really christmas time is not the time for entertainment services to stop working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes tried the main sky Q box three times as well as the mini box. The network connection etc everything has ticks. But the recordings and downloads say there is a 'technical failure' so wont work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
