Waiting on An engineer

I have been waiting all day since 0800, no Engineer has arrived or at least made any form of contact ,

I cancelled an appointment and missed out on my Kids seeing Santa today, their Mum had to go on without me .

Can someone advise ,

Hi @Barry+mc+daid He quickest way is to telephone Sky for an update. You should note that this is a community of customers, not Sky customer services.

@Barry+mc+daid Wow - how impatient can you get Translate 'I have been waiting all day since O8:00' when you posted at 8:23. Presumably your personal Sky engineer is still having his/her breakfast?

The appointment was for the 11th , so that's over 24 hours later, I think that's as patient can be
