Sky Q won't download episodes on ITV hub even though they are available until 31/12/21

Hi.

I have watched the first two episodes of a programme on ITV player that I have downloaded via my Sky Q box. According to ITV player, the episodes are available until 31/12/21 but my box is unable to download any further episodes. I could watch them on my laptop but not via Sqy Q. It is weird that Sky Q has downloaded the first two episodes but not any more. Any ideas why this is happening?

You haven't said what is happening when you try to download further episodes ?

That is the problem. Nothing happens! No error messages. My Sky Q box doesn't recognise that there are further episodes to download. It downloaded the first two episodes fine but cannot find the rest?
