I've just took off my hd on my account but now I can't seem

to watch any film on sky cinema

@Moggy+molly I was under the impression that Sky cinema came in HD as standard but what happens when you go to channels 848 to 854 can you watch these

Why would you drop HD? The picture quality for SD is not good. It can be fuzzy, the colors can be dull and it can be hard to see fine details. I don't think you'll find Sky Cinema all that enjoyable in SD.

@Moggy+molly ahh right if you are trying to download films are you able to try downloading them in SD it may be that you need the HD pack for downloading films in HD

Originally Sky Cinema can in SD and you hd to pay extra for Sky Cinema in HD. Then that stopped and if you had HD, Sky Cinema came in HD without any extra cost for SKy Cinema. This was about 4 years ago whenwe got Sky Cinema on Virgin Media. It wasn't long after that that Sky Cinema became HD if you had HD.

Well I have to download to watch it but if I switch it to sd , it just says failed

You should also be able to watch Sky Cinema on the SD channels for Sky Cinema.
