Hi All,

In the wind overnight, the visibleware 4 quad thing has fallen away from the bracket on the dish and just hanging down from the wires. I dont think any damage has been caused, simple it has come of the bracket. My sky is not working due to 'salletite' issues. Is this easy to solve or do I need a sky engineer?

Thanks

Phil

So the sooner you call, the sooner you get an engineer booked. You could try to put the LNB (quad thing) back and see if that works. But don't do anything that could cause more damage.

Hi - it is Sky Q, originally sky HD so I have 2 wires which are not connected as the 2nd rom now just requires a mini box. However I think the visiblewave thing maybe the same as before

If the dish is easily reachable then it might be worth seeing if the LNB can be popped back on the dish arm, but ladder work always carries a risk. Given the widespread winds yesterday, there may be quite a wait for a Sky installer.
