talk talk router and sky Q dropping of wifi constantly - mobile data usage.

I AM HAVING CONSTANT ISSUES WITH THE DROPPING OF MY HOME WIFI ( USING TALK TALK ROUTER AND SKY Q MAIN AND MINI BOXES )- NO BOOSTERS.

Service is awful and drops out wifi on tv at least 3 times a day each time I ask sky blame talk talk and visa versa.

light stays on wifi router but tv says no wifi connection - cat 5 / similar cable connection .

As wifi drops mobile data on household phones gone througn the roof.

not sure if one linked to other - help anyone?

I had the same problem with my Sky Q Box dropping Wi-Fi 5 or 6 times a day when I changed to Talk Talk Broadband. After weeks of resetting the router I solved the problem. I bought a Sky Q router off eBay for £1 and just plugged my phone line into it. It worked perfect with no Wi-Fi disconnections at all.

How did you connect sky router, as when i try doesnt work ? Talk talk one is useless as drops skyq all time

I read a article somewhere that Sky Q Routers can be used on any Internet Provider (In my case TalkTalk). All I did was plug in my TalkTalk phone line into the Sky Q router and it works perfect, my Sky Q Box hasn't disconnected once.

You are using an illegally stolen Sky router. You are obligated to stop using it and return it to Sky. The router belongs to Sky and not you. What you have done is bought stolen goods. Give it back and suck it up that Talk Talk's router is rubbish.
