      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3475916"&gt;@Stockdale1985&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;could be one of two things :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The older &amp;amp; easier one is if you don't have the HD pack and you are trying to download in HD (which is the default)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is yurporblem then you just need to change your download preference to SD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other one is a problem for many new users who may or may not have HD or even UHD padd ons but nothing downloads without prompts- this needs action by SKY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is the latter please advise so we can escalate to SKY&lt;/P&gt;</description>
