Introduce a friend Issue

Hello, I'm trying to introduce a friend to join sky and it says that we would both get a prepaid £75 Mastercard...When I click the link it just says something is wrong. I've tried it on different browsers but with no luck. Can anyone help?

I have been trying for at least 7 days, i have spoken to around 7 different advisors at Sky (i am not exaggerating, honestly atleast 7 different people) and still no further on, i have been told the site is down and to check every 2 hours or so!!!!! but still no luck. 😞 😞 😞
