Multiroom at £8?

I recently recieved an offer through the post for multiroom at £8 per month, the Web address on the offer: sky.com/multiscreen08 doesn't work. The offer expires 10th March. Is there any other way to get this deal?

@eirebadboy You would have to give Sky a call and see if they can apply it manually

but don't be surprised if they turn round and say they have never heard of the offer

Yeah, just called and spoke to two agents, neither of them had heard of the deal or could help.

@eirebadboy If you still have the letter/email can you post a screenshot of the offer (ensure you block out personal information) and I'll see if sky are aware of it via a closed area I have access to, although I can't guarantee anything will come of it

@eirebadboy I've asked the question so will see if I get a response

however what happens when you put the web address into a browser has I've just tried to and it's asking me to login to my account (obviously I'm not going to has I don't require the offer)

Sadly the technical error on the website does happen a lot, just checking that you are logged in with your main Sky ID ?

@eirebadboy Have you tried clearing your browser cache, putting browser into incognito private mode or using a different browser

Just tried incognito and Edge. Still the same. Was worth a try, thanks for the suggestion.

@eirebadboy Sorry for delay in responding to this, but I've heard from sky that this offer can only be applied online via the address in the mailer and can't be applied manually by cs agents

unfortunately all I can suggest is that you keep trying the web address regularly to see if you can get it applied before the offer closes

Thanks. I even have the offer in the My Sky app but the link on that isn't working either. 😄
