my sky remote for my main tv in the sitting room stopped working I changed batteries done all the steps online and still doesn't work

hi @Sazzzzzz does the Red Led above the SKY logo flash when you press the ? button

If it doesn't then there may be a probllem with your remote

If it does the, if you haven't already done so I suggest a power down reset of your main box

remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

Wait at least 30s

Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

In which case I suggest you try a different set of new batteries - after that it is probably call SKY time (or buy a new one from varous outlets)
