Can’t call customer services - I get cut off after the secure questions

Has anyone a number that works, i need a box but can't get to speak to anyone.

@Jbone1878 I believe the free 150 number has been problematic today otherwise you can contact Sky through this link.
https://www.sky.com/help/home
(UK) - click on the Need More Help and it will provide a 0333 number.
(ROI) - in the very bottom right corner of the same link change the flag to the ROI to obtain the relevant 0818 number.
Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are sometimes a bit quieter.

Thank you. I've tried all the 0333 numbers I can find, will try 150 now. It seems after 50/60 seconds I get cut off

is there a way of getting to the online chat ?

150 cuts off as well

It may be a bit late, but I have just got through by following this page https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/my-account-and-subscription/my-contract/articles/your-sky-contract-tv#get-in-touch and saying 'I still need help' it shows an 0333 number, it seems like posting that number is blocked.

@MrBump1982 yep when trying to post phone numbers on the forum they are automatically blocked by the spam filter

Are you using WiFi calling? From the photo, it look like your cell signal is poor and that could be why you are getting dropped. If you are using WiFi calling, then no idea why you are getting dropped.

There is a known and ongoing fault with both the 150 and 03 phone numbers to Sky at present.

As stated above the phone lines to Sky should be working again.
