SD format programmes won’t download without Upgrade to HD

I am struggling to down load a programme that is included in my standard (not HD) package. When I go to catch up TV and select the programme, I click 'All formats' to switch to standard format and then click 'OK' to commence download.

I then get the automatic message at the top of the screen to say that to access this programme I need to upgrade my package. (The next window then specifies the requirement to upgrade to HD).

It seems temperamental and sometimes does this and sometimes doesn't, I am sure I am doing the same thing every time but it seems like there is a bug where the Sky Q box thinks I'm trying to down the HD version when in fact I have selected SD.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

A restart of the box and trying again and again doesn't seem to fix it.

Have you tried setting the defauklt download as SD:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup. Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.
