Unable to change brightness on sky q

Any one help?

Had sky q 1 week. Pic Lauren too bright but can't change this either in tv settings or sky q

Have tried change to high definition, and picture resolution to no avail

Sky Q doesn't have any brightness adjustment, this would need to be done via your TV. If you post your TV's make & Model another forum member may be able to advise on the settings they use on their TV's

Further to @GD1 post, have you checked your preset picture modes on your TV picture settings. It could be set to 'vivid' which would make it very bright. If this is the case then try changing to standard or cinema.

These options depend on your TV Model so, as mentioned, you could let us know.
