      <description>&lt;P&gt;Message says I "can’t watch tv at the moment there is a connectivity problem" when watching a cinema recording. All other channels etc work. Have really set box, checked software. Only post I can find d in similar topic were told to call sky, call but system just hangs up on me!! &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The faulty recording will also not delete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's because it is the Hidden menu&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3361074"&gt;@Satnight&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Obviously here you need to take care as you can do factory reset etc which loses recordings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is why I gave simple explicit instructions to only carry out the Reset Settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are many fixes in this hidden menu and it's widely used by users to refresh Apps, &amp;nbsp;turn off WiFi etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
