Sky Q attacking me, No really.

Hey,

So a weird one, I recently set up my Tp Link X90 got everything connect and activated the Home Shield (which is just a built real time protection and does various things) so a few days of my X90 informed me it saved me from a DDoS attack and I was like I got no idea why someone would do that but ok, weird but thanks anyway X90 and blew it a kiss.

Today it happened twice, two different times. So I looked into it and noticed it's not coming from an IP address so it must mean it's within the network nor is it targetting any device but has a MAC code. So that got me wondering, so I went through all my devices to find which device it is and hold and be hold its my Sky Q. The Mystery deepens.

I have no idea why it would do that. Today it's been drizzling and I haven't been able to view any of my channels it's just scrambling. I get it, but the days where it's been raining a lot I've not had any problems viewing any of the channels. Maybe it's just coincidence but thought I'd mention it.

Can anyone advise? Has anyone else had something similar?

Chances are the X90 is misinterpreting normal Q networking as an attack: Q does slightly odd things to maintain communication.

Loss of signal in rain indicates a satellite dish misalignment: nothing to do with any network issues.
