    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping you guys can help an inexperienced Sky user, although i've had Sky for many many years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently experiencing&amp;nbsp;freezing issues on the Sky Q mini boxes we have in the house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In total i have 3 mini boxes along with the main box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The main box appears to be fine, so i'm thinking it;s a wifi problem, in addition&amp;nbsp;we do suffer drop outs in certain rooms with wifi calling. Our property&amp;nbsp;is not large and have no real areas that can cause interference. I have moved the Router to another location in the house to see if this was the case but it's not really changed much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My daughter&amp;nbsp;yesterday watched a film for around an hour all was okay then it just kept freezing so much so she ended up turning Sky off,&amp;nbsp; i experience it a little on one of the other boxes too but not as bad as my daughters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible we have too many devices connected to wifi?, at the time we were running two Sky boxes the others were on stand by, we also have a number of iPhone&amp;nbsp;devices connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hoping someone could give me a little advice what to look for&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks Andy,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
