Unable to download box sets on SkyQ mini box

Been with sky for number of years and noticed recently that unable to download box sets despite paying for this. Read through the suggestions to fix the issue and changed from HD to SD on main Sky Q box which seems to have fixed the issue for that box but still not permitting me to download on the Sky Q mini box... which is pretty frustrating. Any guidance to resolve this issue?? Thanks in advance

hi @Gemg

Can I suggest the first thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

Wait at least 30s

Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on the mini box.

I'm facing exactly the same issue and have been since yesterday evening. Tried everything all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing is working. Very frustrating as was working fine yesterday morning?
