&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound good. If you've done a full reboot then if I were you I would phone Sky. They will go through some troubleshooting with you and if required arrange a new box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is that what you meant by off and on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
