    <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky q was fitted on Tuesday and I am still unable to download anything from on demand or catch up. It states I need too upgrade. I spoke to 2 sky engineers tha evening who told me how to reset etc and reset the same again tonight yet it is still not working and telling me I need too upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Had the same issue yesterday and someone escalated it to Sky for me on here who have contacted me and resolved the issue today. It's a known issue apparently so hopefully, someone will escalate this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
