Billing page restricted

Hello, I am new to sky broadbrand and I tried to view my bill last month on the app and website but it says 'this page is restricted, to view this page the account holder will need to autorise your access' i thought this was because i was new but again this month it is saying the same and i am the account holder and i dont know how to give myself access.. can anyone help?

Your post has been escalated to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of the page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
