Been charged for not returning equipment

I have been charged £115 for non return of equipment that I sent back last October I have a receipt from the post office. I am not very happy about this as I sent it back straightaway. This has taken my account overdrawn does someone have a link to live chat as I can't find it on this site. Thanks

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and they may get in touch with you about this issue.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble on the bottom of your forum page. Once the chat bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity. Please make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts. You can be reassured the invite is from Sky and your details are safe and secure during the chat. Replies on the chat are not instant.

If your bill is due then you need to contact Sky urgently before the 10 days following the due date are up.
If not paid your services will be restricted and you will not able to call until fully paid up and direct debit reinstated.
So get in touch one way or another.

It's not a bill ive not been with sky since October all my bills have always been up to date read post above it's for sky equipment!!
