@Chelly27 You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile for FREE, in the UK 03 numbers are classed as local calls, there is no 0800 number.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you do want to call and If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so. This number is an 03 number and is charged at local rates so is free if you have free minutes with your phone provider.

@Chelly27 They are inclusive in a lot of talk plans as well as 01 and 02 numbers. As previously stated there isn't a 0800 number.

That is wjy I said they are charged as local rate like 01 numbers but can be free if you have free minutes with your phone provider.
