I just want to cancel my account

Despite restrictions ending everywhere Sky seem to be using Covid as an excuse to make it impossible to contact them whilst merrily increasing prices yet again. I have been trying to get in touch to cancel my account for a fortnight. I am sick of this. SKY please take this as notice effective a fortnight ago.

There are a few ways to do this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.

I have tried that but no messaging service is available just a blank box. I have been round and round in circles. It is ridiculous how impossible Sky make it to contact them.

If the message service isn't showing then all you can do is call. Quieter times are after 9pm or when the phone lines open at 7am.

@KateCork Then as suggested by @caesarome the quieter times are just after 7am or about 9pm. Don't forget lots of people will be ringing to report issues following the three storms.
