      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're no longer a Virginmedia customer (who have the NTLWorld email) then the email address will have been deleted after 30 days. Some ex-users have found their email account works for much longer but eventually it will be deleted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Yes originally I was NTL and then Virginmedia but when I set up with sky I simply retained the email address through sky but on outlook&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
